I’ve spent my career helping organizations make complex transformation clearer and more executable, by connecting strategy, people, technology and the way work actually gets done.
My writing comes from a similar instinct: noticing how people experience change, identity, belonging and growth, whether that’s inside an organization or inside a family.
Writing gives me another way to explore many of the same questions: how we experience change, how we understand ourselves, and how we find belonging in the people and places around us.
Where my work takes shape
TRANSFORMATION
Making ambitious change executable.
I write about organizational transformation, operating models, leadership, HR, technology and the practical work of turning strategy into something people can carry out through new ways of working.
STORIES
Writing childhood with care and curiosity
My children’s books explore identity, family, belonging and the small moments that shape how children see themselves and one another.
