I’ve always been interested in what happens when people, systems and stories change.

I’m an organizational transformation leader, writer and children’s book author. My work spans organizations and storytelling, but the through-line is consistent: I am interested in how people make sense of change, how environments shape us, and what helps people move forward.

My story

My persepective was being shaped long before my career was.

I was born in Trinidad & Tobago and later built my adult life in New York. Moving between places, cultures and environment s taught mea early that context matters – that people can experience the same situation very differently depending on what they’ve been given, what they understand and what they believe is possible.

That curiosity eventually led me to study social-organizational psychology and build a career focused on transformation.

I’ve spent my professional life helping people and organizations navigate complex change, from operating model shifts and technology implementations to new ways of working, leadership alignment and large-scale HR transformation.

Whether I’m guiding Fortune 500 teams through transformation or writing stories about identity, belonging and family, I’m drawn to the same thing: making change feel more understandable, intentional and human.

Another kind of storytelling

Becoming a mother gave me a different lens on many of the things I had spent years thinking about professionally: identity, belonging, transition and the environments that help people grow.

That perspective led me to write A Twin Like You, and opened another way for me to explore the human side of change.
