Managing Change, with Khadeidra Le Gendre

I write about Change Management, employee inclusion and engagement.

I’m a Change Management and Communications consultant, who feels fortunate to have built a career as a communicator of ideas and advocate for employees and customers. I advise senior leaders on ways to make people & organizations more effective – I roll up my sleeves and get involved in developing and implementing key initiatives and programs to develop and sustain a high-performing organization.

I am a PROSCI Certified Change Management Practitioner, with a bachelor’s in Marketing & Communications from CUNY Baruch College, and a masters degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.

I’ve been through it, for real.

I’d been thrown into the deep end of managing top-down change, and delivering on senior leaders’ expectations – without the right tools or framework.
I’m here to share my experiences to mid-career managers grappling with top-down change implementation. I’ll help you navigate the sponsor roadmap and manage challenges successfully.

I’ve felt the pressure of supporting front line employees who are expected to adopt change – without resources. I’m here to help mid to senior leaders view change from the front line lens. I’ll share tools that consider the voice of the customer, and plan a support system that helps employees to be successful.
